Are your products 3D printed?

Yes — many of my products are 3D printed and made in small batches. That lets me create fun, detailed, and slightly unusual pieces you probably won't find everywhere else. Because of the process, you may notice small variations in texture or finish, and that's part of what makes each piece unique.

Will my item look exactly like the photos?

Very close, but small variations can happen. Color can look a little different depending on lighting, screen settings, and the material used, and slight texture differences are normal with small-batch 3D printed pieces.

Do you offer custom colors?

Sometimes! If you see something you love but want it in a different color, send a message before ordering. Custom options depend on the item and what materials I have available.

How long does it take to make my order?

Processing times can vary depending on the item and current order volume. Most pieces are made in small batches, so please check the product page for the most current turnaround time.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Send me a message as soon as possible with photos of the item and packaging. I'll take a look and help figure out the next step.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Can I use your products outdoors?
