Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that are unused, undamaged, and in their original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at oddlyordinarythings@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or variant when available. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery to arrange an exchange. The item must be in its original, unused condition.
3D Printed & Made-to-Order Items
Because our 3D printed and made-to-order pieces are produced specifically for your order, they are non-returnable and non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or defective. If your item arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and we'll make it right.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, please reach out within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos, and we'll send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
